Hans and Nicola Kriek accepted the World harmony Run Torch-Bearer Award on behalf of Save Animals From Exploitation (SAFE).
With a history spanning more than seven decades of campaigning on behalf of animals, SAFE continues to be at the forefront of exposing animal abuse within New Zealand and around the globe.
SAFE maintains a high profile in the media and community and has over 10,000 members and supporters. Nationwide over 200 active volunteers participate in SAFE campaigns and activities.
