20. Nina Rillstone
September 28
Nina is one of the top female runners to ever come out of New Zealand. Coming from 15 years of high-level track competition, Nina recently moved into longer distances. After setting the New Zealand Women's half-marathon record of 1:10:49 in June 2005, she went on to run an impressive marathon debut of 2:29:46 in Nagano. She represented New Zealand at the Olympics in Beijing, running a very even race to finish 16th in a time of 2:31:16.
