Today we crossed some three regional borders; each time, the head of the region was there to receive us. Some of them know the Run already from previous years. Some of them traveled with us through the whole region and then handed over the torch to the head of the next region.

Сьогодні ми пересікли три межі районів. Кожного разу голови районів зустрічали нас. Декотрі з них вже знайомі з Бігом з попередніх років. Декотрі подорожували з нами через весь район і потім передавали факел голові наступного району.

It is very hilly in this part of the country. For an Austrian like me, no problem – I am used to our mountains at home. By the way, did I mention that I am able to run again? I had to rest for a while because of my Achilles tendon. But for the last couple of days it's been great. Yeah, running is great...

В цій частині країни досить пагорбисто. Для австрійців, як я, це не проблема - я звик до наших гір вдома. Між іншім, чи думав я, що знову зможу бігати? Я повинен був відпочивати деякий час через моє ахілесове сухожилля. Але після останніх кількох днів воно почувається добре. Так, бігати чудово...

At the border to Katerynopil' district an orchestra was waiting for us with the head of the district.

На межі Катеринопільського району нас чекав оркестр разом з головою району.

Big group shot after the last meeting. It was about 7.30 pm and the sun was still very strong. Right after we packed the banner and the torch in the van, we headed to the restaurant to have dinner.

Знімок великої групи зразу після останньої зустрічі. Це було близько 19.30, а сонце все ще було дуже сильним. Зразу після того, як ми поклали прапор і факел до машини, нас провели до ресторану на вечерю.

What a feast we had there. Stuffed and happy, we went to have a good night's sleep in our acсommodation.

Що за бенкет ми отримали. Ситі й щасливі, ми пішли спати в гуртожиток.
