Accommodation:
Donnelly River Holiday Village, Cnr Sears & Andrews Rds, Wheatley, will provide 2 cottages (cottages 7 & 8) for the 12 boys. Directions: From Manjimup: leave the town via Graphite Road and turn right about three kilometres from the town centre along Ralston Road. Watch for the signs to Donnelly Mill, as there are two more right hand turns and one to the left.

10.30am Run along Brockman Hwy towards Karridale 29.6km, right at Bussell Hwy 28.5km, Stop at corner of Bussell Hwy and Wallcliffe Rd/Forest Rd, Margaret River

4.30 - 5pm Margaret River – Interview with Media Busselton Margaret River Times, (paper comes out Tuesday) Team B should join.

1.15pm Drive to corner Bussel Hwy/Queen Elizabeth Drive Busselton to meet school girls and Team B at 1.45pm

11.30am Run along Caves Rd towards Busselton

15.6km, continue on Bussell Hwy 6.1km (may meet a lady wanting to join team as it runs into Busselton) to Busselton Senior High School corner of Bussell Hwy and Queen Elizabeth Rd.

1.45pm Meetiing: 12 girls will be ready with their Phys Ed teacher Louise Gore out front of school on Bussell Hwy. Girls will run sections each, some will ride in Van while others run. Boys team can help ensure safety.

2pm Run with girls along Bussell Hwy (east) for 2km, turn left at Queen St stopping at Mitchell Park (cnr Prince Street) where the Shire President Wes Hartley will be waiting for the runners (2.20pm) There is a very good chance local TV and media will be coming out to cover the run into town, so all runners should be there with banners and flags. (uniforms etc) to look spectacular.

2.25pm Wes Hartley will run with the runners to the end of Queen St. and onto the Equinox Café 700m

2.30pm Ceremony with Councillors and a special afternoon tea.

11am Run south along Bussell Hwy 1.8km, left to stay on Bussell Hwy 43.8km stopping at corner Bussell Hwy/Centenary Rd

3pm Meet meet local runners who will guide team left on Centenary Rd, left at Washington, right on Ocean Drive and to their club house corner Ocean Dr and Symmons St 9km

4pm Bunbury Runners Club - Kevin Martin will be there to meet you. (He has organised your Bunbury visit) Showers available at the clubrooms before you go to meet the Mayor David Smith (an ex 1500 metre runner) at the council chambers nearby

4.30pm Ceremony at Council Chambers with Mayor David Smith 250m away

5pm Return to Clubhouse for Torch-Bearer Awards to some of the long term members of the club, then have a vegetarian goodies from a local café and Pizza! It is mentioned that some of the runners may like to join you on an early morning jog from the clubrooms passing by your accommodation of that night.

8.15am Run from Bunbury Runners Clubhouse to Picton Primary School, Jeffrey Rd, Run east on Symmons St .6km, left on Koombana 200m, take 3rd exit at roundabout to stay on Koombana 3.2km, continue on Estuary Dr 200m, take 1st exit onto Australind Bypass (1) .4km, make a U-turn (near Newton Rd) and then left onto Moorland Ave .5km, left onto Jeffrey Rd and continue to School.
