Белорецкий район. Он научил нас жить настоящим моментом. Бежишь и не знаешь, что будет за поворотом - подъем или спуск, какую ждать милость природы: снег, солнце, град или дождь. Все это было сегодня. Настоящее преодоление, не только горных подъемов, но и собственных слабостей. И в сердце лишь радость осталась, восторг от мгновения. Жить настоящим - это жить здесь и сейчас.

Beloretskiy district. It taught us how to live in current moment. You run and don't know what is behind the turn - uphill or downhill, what kind of weather to expect - snow, sun, hail or rain. All of it was today. Real transcendence, not only of hills but also of our own weaknesses. And in our hearts there is only joy, delight of the moment. To live in the present is to live here and now.
