We have been to Osnovna Skola Vrgorac twice previously, and hope to return many more times.

The school principal received the Torch Bearer Award for embodying the spirit of the Run. He has now welcomed the Run to his beautiful city three times.
Ravnatejl škole primio je Medalju Nositelja Baklje. Nagrada utjelovljuje duh utrke. On je dočekao trkače treći put.
The principal ran with the kids and us; it was a lot of fun!
Ravnatelj trči sa djecom i nama, baš je bilo zabavno!

Two women dressed in traditional Croatian clothes served us some succulent sweets.
Dvije žene obučene u tradicionalne nošnje poslužile su nas sa ukusnim slatkišima.
A local brass band performed some regional Croatian songs for us, which we were delighted to hear.
Lokalna limen glazba izvodila je regionalne tradicionalne hrvatske pjesme koje smo s radoscu poslusali.
The Deputy Mayor and the President of the City Council held the torch together.
Zamjenik gradonačelnika i predsjednik gradskog vijeća zajedno su drzali baklju.
They both received certificates of appreciation for their efforts to bring about peace and harmony.
Dobili su zahvalnicu za napore da dovedu harmoniju i mikr u svoj grad.
We arrived at Makarska Primary School and were greeted by many eager children.
Došli smo u Osnovnu školu u Makarsku gdje smo dočekani s puno radosne djec.

We entered the city of Split and ran past the Diocletian Palace, the oldest inhabited palace in the world.
Ušli smo u grad Split i trčali ispred Dioklecijanove palače, koja je jedna od najstarijih gradjevina na svijetu u kojoj ljudi žive.
The City Representative of Sport received the torch and spoke to us about the City's commitment to sport and harmony.
Predstavnik grada za sport primio je baklju i govorio nam o Splitu - gradu sporta i harmonije.
Some good friends of the Harmony Run, Neno and Ami hosted us for a delicious meal, with home-brewed sage tea and cider, traditional vegetable stew, lentil-spinach soup, and penne pasta with fresh herbs. We thoroughly enjoyed their company and hope to visit them again!
Prijatelji Harmony Run-u, Neno i Ami ugostili su nas sa ukusnom večerom, juhom od špinata, pastom, salatom, biljnim čajem. Potpuno smo uživali u njiovoj gostoljubivosti i nadamo se posjetiti ih opet!
