Today was another quiet day for running.

We often find these days restorative.

Just soaking up the peace and beauty of nature and the joy of vigorous exercise.

Megabhuti always has a smile no matter what he is doing. We really appreciated his miles and his comfort and treatment he offered the team. The foot ice-bath is all the rage on the boys team!

This little guy was very soulful as we ran by.

Tonight we make our way to Chicago as our local friends have run the miles into the city ahead of schedule in order to give us time for a big day in Chicago. Thank you!!!!
