..the early bird catches the worm, so we left our hotel in Shkoder early in the morning, in preparation for a long day: we still had one meeting in Albania to go, and a 35km run to the border before starting into a full new, busy World Harmony Run day in Montenegro! Everybody was looking forward to this challenge...

.. we often have to be very creative to communicate on the World Harmony Run and it is not always easy - in this case we had to do present the Run in German with Albanian translation...

..as we approached the border between Albania and Montenegro, we passed through beautiful countryside; this lake was inviting us to spend a few pleasant hours at its shore...

Thank you Albania, and thanks again to the Marathon Club Tirana for the great time we spent here! Another big hand to the police, who helped us tremendously for the last four days!
