We awoke to contemplate the rising sun after a beautiful nights sleep at Bar H Dude ranch.

We wanted to linger but we eventually had to say goodbye to the family and Tater the dog.

We hit the roads of the Texas

We are climbing into the desert

We met some interesting people along the way.

We definitely know we are in Texas

Tacos Garcia offered us a sublime dining experience

And the Big Texan Hotel very kindly put us up for the night.

Our beloved 'Greeny' had a bit of an overhaul

We make the most of the company of friendly Texans before we head out on tomorrow's journey
