USA 28 May: Bluff, UT - Tsegi,UT

"T'was the night before the Gods awoke" The whole team rose at 4 am in order to watch the sunrise at the Valley of the Gods in Utah.

Everyone took some time to refill their own harmony tanks.

Even teddy took a moment to chill.

Our RV enjoyed the unbelievable scenery as well.

Harmony burns bright in the Valley of the Gods.

With our harmony tanks full we were eager to get back on the road and meet some great people.

Just before crossing the San Juan River in Mexican Hat, we had our first ceremony with the wonderful children and staff of the Halchita Head Start program, as well as the great people from the community.

Cleal Bradford is the Executive Director of the San Juan Foundation for the Rural Utah Child Development Head Start program. He is extremely self-giving and kind and we are grateful for his help.

Everyone joined us as we crossed the bridge.

Some continued even further with us, running 2 miles with the torch. This terrific family helped us greatly by publicising our arrival.

One of the very kind and wonderful staff that came out to take part in the run.

Grandmother Joanne Oshley Holiday, and her grandson Keenan ran with the torch. Her father ran until the age of 100, and passed away at the age of 109.

Three friends stopped us on the run and ran with us. Jenny and Victoria from Boston, and Susan from Florida.

Our second ceremony was with the Head Start in Monument Valley on the only plot of grass we have seen thus far in Utah.

All of the children held the torch and made a wish for harmony. We enjoyed our meeting and appreciated the entire community's support.

The Anasazi Inn provided us with three complimentary rooms for the night. They were very kind and generous to us and we are very grateful.
