Great Britain 21 June: London - Maidstone
What better place to start our London to Paris edition of the World Harmony Run than the meridian line at Greenwich.
This very point is the world reference for longitude, the whole team actually had one foot in the East and the other in the West.
We said “au revoir” to the British capital at the old astrological observatory viewpoint.
They say London is not a city but the congregation of many small villages, we actually made the visit of quite a lot of them running South East through Rochester, Maidstone and towards Leeds.
We spent the longest day of the year in the shades of the clouds, but when occasionally the sun did show up we where happy to have the springtime foliage to give us shelter.
