Today November 23rd, we were sharper with our timing and proceeded from Addis to Debre Zeit and to Sodere Hot Springs where we swam, showered and played with monkeys as well.

On the way, the World Harmony Run runners ran through Kilit, Akaiki, Dukum, Mojo, Nazareth and to the Hot Springs of Sodore.

We were also joined by representatives from Sport for All from the Ministry of Youth and Sport. They also brought athletes and children from Debre Zeit.

We proceeded to Debre Zeit Stadium, and held a small ceremony attended by head of the Sport Department. He spoke about Sport and Harmony. Some of our members then spoke prior to the Torch being passed along a beautifully designed formation of runners and joggers. The ceremony concluded, and we proceeded to the Hot Springs of Sodore, where we ended the day.

On the way, we met many cattle and schools of camel, and had lots of fun.
