Estonia 31 July: Haapsalu - Tallin
We started our last Estonian day after a good night's rest in Haapsalu. Unfortunately, we were in the middle of a heavy storm, so all the programs which had been planned were cancelled.
At an improvised indoor meeting, the mayor welcomed us and presented us with really nice gifts.
But then it was time to face the storm, and we fought our way through wind to the cars.
We tried to cover the 100 kilometres to Tallinn as quickly as possible, so with more runners running simultaneously, it took us less than 4 hours. We really enjoyed the run, despite the rain!
There was nothing scheduled in Tallinn, so we went to the harbour and took a boat to Helsinki.
Thanks to Estonia for hosting us! We had a really good time and we look forward to next year!
