Australia May 21 Great Ocean Road

John Craven, Race Director

We were thrilled to be part of The Great Ocean Road Half Marathon . One of the most scenic road races in Australia from Kennett River to the seaside town of Apollo Bay. Conditions were perfect, and we were carried by the nervous energy of almost one thousand half marathoners!

Kerryn McCann, Commonwealth Games Marathon Gold Medalist

The event is unique given the roads are not available to run along any other day of the year, so narrow and dangerous, you would never dream of running along this part of Australia's coast without complete road closures.

Stewart McArthur, Local Federal Member of Parliment

It was great to be associated with this fantastic race. Many athletes held the torch as they struggled through their own efforts of transcendance over the hilly terrain along the most beautiful coast in the world, adding their support for the aim of the run.

Marathon Winner James Kariviki

A Special thanks to Melinda for organising the World Harmony Run Team's participation in the event! We wouldn't have done it without you :)
