USA 2 June: Kingman, AZ - Needles, CA

Our high expectations were rewarded when we were enthusiastically received by the students of Palo Christi Elementary School in Kingman, Arizona.

We were greeted with cheers and signs of harmony and hope that the children had made.

This wonderful teacher ran with the torch as the whole school cheered and screamed for her.

The staff and teachers took a picture with us and enjoyed listening to our singing.

Our second ceremony of the day was at William G. Bennett Elementary in Laughlin, Nevada.

Principal Tim Frye was extremely supportive of the run, and we were very happy to share our message with his great school.

After our singing, Bansidhar invited any child who wanted to sing to come up. This little girl performed a beautiful rendition of the Star Spangled Banner.

These girls were excited for both their upcoming graduation and the opportunity to offer a wish for peace.
