Harmonemail - July
Dear European Comrades,
I was reading your beautiful stories on the web. We are in Michigan now with the US team and meeting a lot of folks, which is a big change after the barely populated deserts. Wherever we go we proudly tell people about the European Run. We are finishing soon our 11000 miles, and now every day is getting easier and easier here, because we feel that the destination in New York is pulling us home. I was also happy to learn that two Hungarian friends of mine joined the team. (Minden jot, csajok!) I cannot wait to see you guys in N.Y. and join you in Hungary. GOOD LUCK!
Linda, Hungary (World Harmony Run, US)
I will run with you guys tomorrow! I think that I can't sleep tonight, because I'm too exited for the big event tomorrow. Me and my friend will catch up with you. We will wait for the whole day, because we don't know exactly, when do you arrive to the point where we wait. I wish tomorrow would be here in a minute!

Hello Everybody!
It's very inspiring to see the World Harmony Run in Russia. I like the tradition of the bread offering, I bet you all are getting enough bread in your diet right now. Hey Namitabha, how are those Harmony miles treating you? Keep up the good work and my best wishes for all of you dedicated World Harmony Runners.

Hello runners :-)
The day before a very interesting event connected with the World Harmony Run happend to me. I was just going home when I saw a family friend sitting close to our block of flats where we all live. The thing that amazed me was that his face was shining with a very nice expression. So I asked myself what happened to him and why is he so changed. A month ago his wife passed away and he was really miserable. At the same time he told me that he saw The World Harmony Run going through his village - Chernozem, close to Plovdiv and before Kalofer, where he was with his son and grandson. "There was a guy running with a flamed torch who just passed by our house in a very good speed". He even wondered if he could see me because I had told him that I was also going to participate in the Run. When he was speaking about his experience I felt very happy about him. I just saw how the harmony has entered into him and changed him. He had become calmed and peaceful and didn't look so grieved as before. I felt also very happy because he and his family hadn't been able to come to the ceremony in Plovdiv, because they had to go to their village. So it was for me a very nice experience to see with my own eyes how The World Harmony Run changes the lives of the people who have a chance to see it. Lots of greetings and wishes for successfull running :-)

It does really excite me to read again and again such detailed reports on meals: lunchbreaks, dinners and breakfast as well as other descriptions of the "food situation" all over Europe! Sometimes it creates breathtaking thrilling in my stomach since I do know how important to have a "proper meal once everywhile". I'm sure there is room for pasta to store in the vans before to enter in a special eastern region of food culture. (:

Hello Jan and all other runners!
Greetings from a sunny Finland! It is so interesting to read about your journey, it makes one want to visit these places. Friendly people, beautiful scenery, interesting places, good food, among other things. You create also a lot of goodwill for these places as well as of course for your good cause to make the world better.
